The problem

A group purchasing organization sat on rich data about how its suppliers were performing across its client base. The suppliers, though, couldn't see any of it — where their opportunity sat, which clients to focus on, or how to grow spend.

That blind spot capped supplier growth and left value on the table for everyone. The data to fix it already existed; it just wasn't in a form a supplier could act on.

What we built

We built PartnerIQ, a supplier portal that surfaces opportunity and spend-improvement signals for each supplier, turns that data into a paid product, and lets suppliers ask questions in plain English — no analyst, no export, no waiting.

It changed the economics of the data itself: what had been a cost center became a revenue line, with suppliers paying for insight that helped them grow spend with their clients.

The outcome

The portal returned about $300K in its first year, $700K in the second, and $1.5M in the third — roughly $2.5M over three years, and a revenue line that grew every year as adoption widened and the product deepened.
